When it comes to weight loss in general, we all know the secret already, right? All together now! eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly!
However, some food items tend to contribute more to gaining belly fat so if you want to focus on losing weight around your midsection then know now that you must drastically cut down your sugar intake.
When you eat food items that are rich in sugar, most of that sugar is going to settle nicely on your belly. As such, give any exercise routine a decent chance at busting belly fat by cutting down on your sugar intake.
Go to your cupboards, pantry, and/or refrigerators now and get rid of anything that’s high in sugar.
If this step proves to be too difficult, then get a piece of paper and a pen and list down all the food items you have and put a schedule on when to eat them.
For example, if you tend to eat a lot of cookies, then make sure you ONLY eat one piece daily instead of your routine of eating half a pack.
Next, make sure you engage in exercises that target your stomach muscles.
Sure, walking is great and all but they move your legs and thighs more and not necessarily do much to lose fat belly.
So go online now or go to your local bookstore and find fitness routines that target the midsection. Crunches are great for this area so read up on the ones that are best for you, considering your current weight, current fitness level, etc.
There is no fast track to lose a fat belly. But then again, nothing truly worth doing is extremely easy to gain, right? Furthermore, you did not gain that fat belly overnight.
It probably took years of bad eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle to grow your belly. Luckily, you need only a few weeks or months to bust that belly with a really good, healthy diet and a great set of belly busting exercises.
