How to Achieve Belly Fat Weight Loss

Below is a belly fat weight loss activities list for working out the core abdominals to build stronger muscles around the abdomen. With all workout routines, it is important to ask the opinion of a professional before going through with them. A good warm-up lessens the chances of injury.

* Butt burner – Lie on back, using a towel or mat as spine cushion. Bend knees so feet are flat on floor and position arms at sides. Squeeze buttocks while lifting pelvis off of the floor, keeping the rest of the body in line. Raise pelvis around 45 degrees so upper body (from head to knees) makes a flat, straight ramp. Hold the pose between three and five seconds. Slowly lower pelvis back toward the floor. Do this belly fat weight loss activity for another full set.

* Scissor kicks – This one calls for lying on the floor as well. Place hands under butt and keep back touching the floor. Raise a leg slowly to around 10 inches of height and lower it gradually back again toward the floor. While lowering one leg, elevate the other. Do this particular motion for another whole set. It is important to maintain control all through the activity to prevent momentum from getting the better of the exercising individual. The upper body must stay on the floor throughout the entire movement.

* Tone torso – Start by being on all fours, hands and knees on the floor. Keep the stomach pulled in and extend left arm out in front. For football fans, picture a referee that signals first down. Keep this particular arm outstretched while extending right leg out behind the body. Switch legs and arms and repeat everything for a full set. See to it that the pelvis does not sway out of its position.

* Crunch-less crunch – While straightforward in theory, this belly fat weight loss exercise is a bit tough to do. Basically, this involves pulling the bellybutton toward the spine. The task can be somewhat complicated as muscles seldom activated are used for it. Kneel or lie on stomach. Perform both to learn which exercise is better. Relax body as is allowable and try using only the lower abdominals for moving bellybutton toward spine. Hold this pose for at least 10 seconds – or longer.

The goal here is to hold contractions until the individual cannot feel them anymore or they start feeling other muscles doing more work than the transverse abdominus. After feeling this, start releasing the contractions.
