So you might have been looking at buying a training product to help burn that belly fat.

And you might have come across Turbluence Training and are wondering if it’s a good deal. Right?

Well, it’s written by Craig Ballantyne, who is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and he certainly knows what he is talking about.

For anyone who has no clue about exercise or who has tried different workouts, or who is actually quite used to exercise but is keen to maximise results: this book will be of interest. It actually suits anyone and everyone, which is no mean feat when it comes to writing a book on training.

One of the key features about Turbulence Training is the fact that it explodes many myths about exercise and diet that we have clung on to for far too long! Gently taking us through the basics of training, using straightforward questions and answers, Craig Ballantyne can help open your eyes to new aspects of nutrition, exercise and general well being.

The book has a strong emphasis on safety, meaning that people who know little about this subject can be safely guided through how to exercise and burn fat without over straining their bodies; so it doesn’t matter if you haven’t exercised in a long time, you will be helped through and you will soon become very aware of what you can and cannot do.

Craig Ballantyne also helps people to understand some very basic principles about effective workouts, with 3 key principles underlying his work. They’re not rocket science. They are good, quality common sense principles, but do not be fooled, they can radically alter people’s lives and improve their physical condition in a very short period of time.

The science of nutrition is also explored, not in some kind of fancy, over complicated way, which means that readers lose interest, but in very clear, easy to understand language which makes readers simply keen to implement his recommendations.

Fun is also a key element in the Ballantyne philosophy. So along with safety and good nutrition, you can understand why this is not simply a book about turbulence training, it is actually more about revising your lifestyle and adopting better eating and nutritional habits and ensuring that you treat your body well.

But if that thought scares you and you can’t bear to think of your eating habits being radically overhauled and not being able to eat what you want, then take comfort in the fact that this book seeks to empower you, not tell you what to do.

You will be empowered by the nutritional information and training workouts and reap the benefits: but how you choose to use that information is up to you.

The workouts are started off at beginner level, but then go right up to more advanced training schedules. Clear, easy to understand photos are also used, so you can really understand what is required and there is also a good written description to assist.

One good way to get started on the Turbulence Training workout schedule is to make sure that you read the book all the way through, before you start, so you have a good understanding of all the basic principles and aims of the schedule. But the hard part is to keep reading,rather than starting to exercise, because Turbulence Training will really get you motivated to start working those muscles!
